  • Define and implement the global strategy to maximize the growth and profitability of all 55 worldwide subsidiaries;
  • Shareholder value-oriented and successfully manage the whole group of companies;
  • Supervise operations and hold responsibility for revenue, results and profitability;
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the markets that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability as well as growth of company’s profits ;
  • Inspire and develop local Managers to become a high-performance organisation;
  • Ensure the implementation of global HR standards during the entire myWorld employee life cycle;
  • Implement global standards, procedures and policies provided by headquarters;
  • Identify improvement potential along the entire value chain and ensure operational excellence;
  • Draft guidelines, processes and strategies to align operations with the vision, culture and goals of myWorld International;
  • Comprehensive reporting tasks as well as continuously market and competitor’s analysis.
  • At least 5 years board experience in a publicly listed company;
  • Extensive experience and proven track record in B2C and online sales;
  • Expert in marketing and product management with a technical affinity and a creative mindset;
  • Proven success record of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth;
  • Evidence of consistently making good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience and
  • Judgement;
  • Assertive, high-energy style with motivation to win;
  • Not afraid to take ownership and make quick decisions;
  • Inquisitive, breaks the status quo and introduces new and creative models to the business;
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends and potential pitfalls; and capitalises on opportunity;
  • Excels at managing and leading ambitious people; a collaborative team builder;
  • who is able to install accountability and empower people to succeed;
  • Strong sales process and operational skills (pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, etc.);
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills as well as very good presentation skills and ability to  speak in public;
  • Highly professional manner, outstanding negotiation skills, persuasiveness and proactivity;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
