  • Assume turnover, cost and success responsibility for the local organisation
  • Responsible for the achievement of objectives and maximising the economic output
  • Development and implementation of a business plan as well as KPI-orientated management of local office
  • Efficiently manage subsidiary, working within the limits of the approved cost budget
  • Manage subsidiary according to the nation state’s legislation and regulations and ensure that all the documentation and processes are in accordance with the nation state’s legislation
  • To both continuously and successfully manage relations with the Customers, On- and  Offline Partners, Key Accounts and Marketers ensure long term and valuable cooperation
  • Ongoing observation of the market and observation of revenue-enhancing measures
  • Ensure comprehensive support for all our target group members
  • Protect and market the myWorld image on the local market. Apply corrective measures if necessary
  • Meet the Board’s requirements and follow any other instructions, producing the relevant results both accurately and in a timely manner
  • Implement control methods or other corporate guidelines and policies from f.i. HR or Finance and process according to the instructions Comprehensive leadership responsibilities and focus on continuously development and support of the local team members
  • Be a role model for your subordinates and for other colleagues and strive to inspire people
  • Work with our strong Power-BI Tool to oversee local success and growth and implement actions according the figures to plan, secure and promote economic success
  • Ensure high-professional and good relations with every internal and external stakeholder
  • Other reporting tasks
  • University degree in economics, sales or comparable education or experience
  • Experience in a comparable position at international operating companies
  • Strong experience in marketing, loyalty programs and outstanding knowledge of retailer and eCommerce business
  • Strong international experience in the field of sales, business development, key account and business management in the sphere of B2B
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for economics and trends
